Introduction

If you are experiencing problems playing Windows Media presentations please click here to ensure you have the correct codecs installed.

Our presentations currently require either Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator in versions 4 or greater. These can be obtained from:

Internet Explorer

Netscape Navigator    (Netscape 6 Note)

Our presentations use Windows MediaPlayer and/or RealPlayer. Unless your system has one or other of these media players installed you will be unable to play our live or on-demand web video or audio presentations.

You can obtain and install either or both of these media players using the links on this page. There are also links to solutions to common problems faced by users of both players.

NB: In order to install either player onto your system you will need the appropriate permissions. If you are on a corporate network you may need to contact your IT support staff to clarify this.

Our presentations also include Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat documents. These require either the full software to be installed on your PC or, if you don't have these, you can download the free PowerPoint Viewer or the free Adobe Acrobat Reader™ .

Run our System Checker to check your PC's compatibility with our presentations.
